Boiler Water Treatment & Cleaning

Keeping your boiler clean and efficient is vital. A deposit of just 1/16 inch can cost you up to 20% in efficiency, and heavier deposits lead to tube overheating and failure. Cooling Water Treatment & Cleaning

Feed Aqua provides an extensive range of products and services for open-circulating, once-through and closed-loop cooling systems. Our technical team carries out a thorough survey of the cooling tower system and builds the treatment program around your water chemistry, the microorganisms present, system parameters, design and metallurgy, and your target KPIs. We deploy a competent technical team with in-depth knowledge of water management and operations, working in two phases — first reviewing water-chemistry trends, corrosion and deposition control, microbiology and root-cause analysis; then designing a customised program with product chemistry, on-site application support, KPI monitoring and water conservation built in.

RO Water Treatment

Feed Aqua supplies a comprehensive range of RO (Reverse Osmosis) products — antiscalants, low-pH and high-pH cleaners, biocides and flocculants. The performance of an RO plant can be improved with good pre-treatment to remove suspended solids, colloidal matter and other impurities, backed by the right chemical solutions. Feed Aqua supplies both the chemistry and the pre-treatment know-how to keep flux, rejection and recovery where they should be.

Closed Loop / Chilled Water Treatment

Chilled water systems are an effective way of heating or cooling in buildings, hotels and software parks, as well as industrial processes like the cooling of gas engines, compressors and air washers. Closed-loop and chilled-water systems are mostly used for comfort cooling in data centres, process closed-water loops, hot water in process applications and condenser cooling. Feed Aqua's program covers initial flushing, pre-cleaning and passivation of the pipeline, regular treatment of the chilled-water circuits, on-line cleaning of HVAC closed-loop systems and hot-water circuit treatment.

Solution 05

Waste Water Treatment & Recycling

Waste water treatment converts water that is no longer suitable for its most recent use into an effluent that can either return to the water cycle with minimal environmental impact, or be reclaimed. Feed Aqua provides the solution chemistry for CPU (Condensate Polishing Unit) water treatment in distilleries and sugar plants, and coagulants and flocculants for effluent treatment plant (ETP) chemistry — putting treated effluent back to work and cutting both your intake cost and your discharge liability.
